Artist Statement

This project is an exploration of night time, the certain mystery it holds, as the world is only seen through humanity’s selected vision. I mean to explore a sense of quiescence and the softness present under artificial lighting. My focus was on capturing scenes with a sense of depth and color intending to highlight environmental contrasts that show peaceful settings.
